We have joined the Impresoft Group, merging with a larger entity that shares our vision: to support clients in their digital transformation. This change represents an evolution of our brand and offers new growth opportunities, strengthening our ability to innovate and generate value.
Our commitment to the Polo SAP has been one of the cornerstones of this year. Syscons, Hiteco, Brain System, and Ribes make up the SAP Hub. With over 300 specialized consultants, we support SMEs and large enterprises in adopting and implementing SAP solutions, guiding them towards a future of innovation and modernization.
Our team also shone during the SAP Innovation Day, an event organized in collaboration with SAP and hosted at the Ducati Museum and Factory, which saw the participation of more than 70 clients. The event was dedicated to demonstrating how to create more resilient and sustainable supply chains through interconnected SAP solutions.
Another exciting moment, closely tied to our partnership with Ducati, was the internal contest where three colleagues had the chance to witness a live MotoGP race at the Misano World Circuit.
In 2024, we continued investing in our people with 11 Career Days and 8 internal courses, developing both technical and soft skills among our colleagues. We also introduced courses on Work and Stress, supporting professional and personal well-being. Furthermore, we hired over 70 new talents, enriching our team with new ideas and skills.
