Syscons Group is once again renewing its presence at Career Days across Italian universities and institutions, with the goal of engaging with students and recent graduates.

In recent months, we have participated in numerous events, receiving excellent feedback from young talents interested in our company. At Career Days, we share information about who we are, our goals, our open positions, how to apply, and the qualities of the talents that align with our needs.

During these interactions, we often uncover important details about students' academic experiences as well as their career aspirations. This insight allows us to present opportunities that are most aligned with their career goals.

Onboarding remains a critical aspect for young professionals, who seek detailed information about the selection and integration processes. Today, it is crucial for emerging talents to understand the unique aspects of a company, particularly during the initial phase of their onboarding.

In November, we will be present at the University of Padova and the University of Bergamo, offering significant insights and information about our organization.
