Our client is a prominent leader in the Consumer-Packaged Goods sector. Since extending its operations internationally in the 1940s, the company has evolved into one of the most successful producers and distributors of renowned products, highly regarded and beloved by consumers across the globe.

The Challenge

Our task was to develop a solution that would streamline and enhance the efficiency of key HR processes both globally and regionally. Our customer faced challenges with data volume and sources, including on-premises and cloud platforms. The HR information was scattered across numerous Excel files, leading to inefficient, manual processes.

To address the challenges faced by our client, we have developed a centralized HR dashboard that unifies HR processes across their global operations. Our approach has resulted in the creation of a platform with consistent KPIs and standardized procedures, tailored to global and local needs. We then moved to Microsoft Power BI, improving the dashboard functionality with advanced data visualization and integration.

This new system has dramatically reduced the time required for monthly group reports from 20 days to almost instant automated reports for new acquisitions and supported over 20 HR processes.

Thanks to our expertise, these dashboards have transformed reporting from reactive to predictive, offering valuable insights for strategic HR decisions, including retention and compensation. Our solution consolidates and organizes global and local HR data into an integrated system, presenting it in a clear and intuitive way.
