How Does Our Onboarding Process Work?

Day 1 – Welcome On Board!

The first day is one you’ll never forget.
Before your first day, our IT department will have prepared everything you need to start your onboarding journey, including your computer, access credentials, licenses, and more. Additionally, the HR team will ensure you receive all the essential documents and materials to smoothly integrate into life at Syscons.

On your first day, we will arrange a meeting to introduce you to your supervisors and key contacts at Syscons, as well as outline your growth path within the company.

During this meeting, you will learn about:

  • Our organization: its history, vision, and structure. You'll also dive into our partnerships and technological stack.
  • Your team: its goals, initiatives, and organizational chart.
  • Your role and career path at Syscons.
  • Key contacts: Your HR Manager and your direct supervisor, who will guide you through your professional journey.


Typically, onboarding is scheduled in the morning, giving you the chance to have lunch with your new colleagues and start getting a feel for the team dynamics.

What Happens After the First Day?

Onboarding doesn’t end on your first day—it’s an ongoing process throughout the year.

Your manager will be responsible for your career development, working to understand your unique strengths and providing continuous support, feedback, and performance reviews to ensure you progress on your professional growth path.
