We understand the value of face-to-face interactions for students, who appreciate the human contact with companies to learn about key industry players and employment opportunities. For this reason, we prioritize being present at these events, guiding students in discovering our organization and aiming to attract new talent interested in joining our team.
At the Career Days, along with our HR team and colleagues, we discuss who we are, what we do, our open positions, and the traits we seek in candidates.
Through conversations with students, we gain insights into their academic and personal experiences, which helps us direct them to the most suitable positions to apply for.
We are pleased to see that young individuals are increasingly interested in understanding the selection and onboarding processes, preferring to engage with companies where these processes are transparent.
